Robert H. Brown
Principal Analyst Research

Robert Hoyle Brown is a principal analyst in Gartner Research, where he is responsible for Gartner's coverage of business process outsourcing (BPO) for North America. His specialization includes BPO vendor selection and global delivery capabilities, as well as outsourcing adoption among small and midsize businesses.

Mr. Brown previously managed Gartner's European BPO research in Egham, United Kingdom, before relocating to California in 2002. Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Brown was the director of North American markets for G2R Inc., a California-based IT services consultancy that was acquired by Gartner Dataquest in 1999.

Sujay Chohan
Research VP

Sujay Chohan is a vice president and research director (offshore BPO) in Gartner, where he closely follows evolving "global offshore BPO" opportunities.

Through his regular interactions with large users and vendors globally, Mr. Clohan has acquired an extensive knowledge of the key "offshore BPO" service providers. He has a keen interest in the socioeconomic impact of the escalating trend toward offshore business processes both in developing and developed nations and has an in-depth understanding of the emerging countries offering BPO services. Helen Huntley

As a senior manager in the IT organization, Ms. Huntley also participated in a large-scale IT strategy project designed to align IT and business unit goals and objectives.
