S. S. Sarwar is the Group CEO of CEMS-Global USA, a New York–based multinational exhibition and convention organizer with operations across four continents. With over three decades of industry experience, he has been instrumental in positioning CEMS-Global as a leading force in organizing high-impact B2B trade shows in emerging and high-growth markets.
Under his guidance, CEMS-Global has built a strong global portfolio of exhibitions, particularly in the textile and apparel sector, including the renowned Textile Series of Exhibitions across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. In addition to exhibitions, Mr. Sarwar has expanded the company’s role into strategic consultancy - advising governments, trade bodies, and industry stakeholders on market entry, export development, brand positioning, and international trade expansion.
Widely recognized for his strategic vision, he plays a key role in fostering global trade connectivity and shaping sourcing ecosystems. He also plays an active role in bringing together industry associations across regions to foster collaboration and forge bilateral and multilateral trade partnerships, strengthening cross-border industry integration.
